AutoCAD 2016 requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. If the installer fails during this phase: Close the AutoCAD installer.
Navigate to the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off.
You must temporarily edit the Windows Registry. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client and change the "Version" string value to 4.5.0 . Run the installer, and change the value back to its original state immediately afterward. Error 1603: Fatal Error During Installation
Select "I have my product information".
